About This Course

The “Developing People for Organisational Excellence” course is designed to equip leaders and managers with the skills necessary to cultivate and enhance talent within their organizations. Participants will explore key strategies for identifying and developing potential, fostering employee growth, and aligning individual performance with organizational goals. This course aims to empower attendees to drive organizational excellence through effective people development practices.

Course duration: 12 hours

Session: 1.5 Day (Day 1: 9am – 6pm | Day 2: 9am – 1pm)

Adult learners who are preparing for career transition, job change, job role change or re-entry to the workforce.
Junior executive staff who would like to upgrade/refresh their existing knowledge and skills in this area

Full payments received by SHATEC before 1 January 2024 will have no adjustment to the 8% GST.
