About This Course

The workshop aims to equip participants on how to prepare and cook homecooked dishes. Participants will also get to learn the techniques in making the homely food for their loved ones. By the end of the workshop, participants will also be equipped with the basic knife skills and cooking techniques for Chinese cuisine.

Our workshop is a 4-hour session, running from 9 AM to 1 PM. Please browse the list of workshops below.

 

a) Workshop on 12 June 2024. This session will be preparing the following:
– Braised Duck with Yam Rice
– Xiao Bai Chye with Garlic Soya Sauce

 

b) Workshop on 15 June 2024. This session will be preparing the following:
– Braised Chicken Rice
– Stir Fried Baby Kailan

 

c) Workshop on 20 June 2024. This session will be preparing the following:
– Lo Mai Kai
– Steam Siew Mai

 

d) Workshop on 22 June 2024. This session  will be preparing the following:
– Stir Fry Chicken with Plain Rice
– Wok Fried Broccoli with Ginger
