About This Course

This course aims to provide a basic understanding of milk frothing technique using the different types of milk available within the industry. You will be guided to master the basic latte art techniques for heart.

Adult learners, hobbyists and/or staff performing F&B roles with interests of having an overview understanding of milk frothing technique and basic latte art.

* In accordance with the Budget 2022 announcement, the GST rate will be increased from:

(i) 7% to 8% with effect from 1 Jan 2023; and

(ii) 8% to 9% with effect from 1 Jan 2024.
